Gallipoli, ITALY - Claudia Russo, 25, from Messina, was crowned Miss Mondo Italia, or Miss World Italy, last night at the Piazza Aldo Moro of Gallipoli. She is 1.78-m-tall and speaks fluent English.
The other two finalists were Incaldana Diletta Neri and Valentina Mascia.
The new Miss Mondo Italia 2008 will compete in Miss World 2008.
Miss World 2008, the 58th Miss World beauty pageant, will be held on October 4, 2008, at the Ukraina National Palace in Kiev, Ukraine.
